StellarMu Terms of Use & User Agreement

By registering on our Website or engaging in any activity on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Please note: StellarMu is an old and hardcore version of MU Online. Complaints regarding rates, drops, or any non-bug-related gameplay mechanics will not be accepted. Repeated violations of this rule may result in a permanent ban.

Definitions

  • Website – StellarMu.com, including all subdomains and related resources.

  • StellarMu – The private multiplayer online server based on the “MU Online” game.

  • User – Any individual who accesses or uses the Website and/or the StellarMu Project.

  • StellarMu Team – The administrators and operators of the StellarMu.com website and game project.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between you (the User) and the StellarMu Team.
By creating an account or using any services provided by the StellarMu Project, you fully and unconditionally accept this Agreement.

The StellarMu Team reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Terms of the Agreement

The StellarMu Team may restrict, suspend, or revoke your access to the Website or game at any time.
Violations of this Agreement may result in loss of access without compensation for any purchased items or services.

Terms of Use

StellarMu is a community-operated, non-commercial private server and is not affiliated with WebZen.
All accounts, characters, items, and related content remain the property of StellarMu.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that participation in the StellarMu Project is legal within their jurisdiction.
You are fully responsible for your actions on the Website and in the game.

Limitation of Liability

The StellarMu Team is not liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from the use of our services.
All Users agree to participate at their own risk.

Virtual Currency and Services

Purchases of virtual items or credits are available only to Users of legal age.
All virtual goods are non-refundable and remain under the control and ownership of StellarMu.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, and materials associated with the StellarMu Project are the exclusive property of StellarMu and its owners.
No rights are transferred to the User unless explicitly granted in writing.

General Information

  • Services are provided on a 24/7 basis whenever possible.

  • All donations are voluntary.

  • The game is not a gambling platform.

Agreement Terms

If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the service.
These rules apply to all Users without exception.

Account, Password, and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts.
The sale, trade, or transfer of accounts or in-game assets is strictly prohibited.

Final Provision

This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements or understandings between you and the StellarMu Project regarding the use of our services.

Refund & Payment Policy

By purchasing virtual credits or items on StellarMu, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of virtual credits, items, or services are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Credits purchased via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other payment methods

  • Any in-game items or services obtained using credits

2. No Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction will result in a permanent ban.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in additional administrative or legal action.

3. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain consistent service uptime, occasional maintenance or technical issues may occur.
Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

4. Donations

All donations made to support the server are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant special rights or privileges.

5. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts and devices.
StellarMu is not liable for unauthorized access or purchases made through compromised accounts.
